We have an extensive portfolio of residential projects, ranging from full interior design schemes to the project management of complete renovations.

We work closely with every client, regardless of the size or scope of the job. From panelling and flooring installation to bespoke carpentry, decorating, and ongoing property maintenance, our approach is always detail driven.

Notably, a standout project is our Surrey Family Home: a full refurbishment of a 10 bedroom period property. This included a complete interior design specification, all furnishings (including bespoke furniture), and the careful integration of the client’s collectible artwork, antiques, and artefacts.

Our previous projects have spanned across London, the Home Counties, Geneva, and France.

Fergus England is the Founder and CEO of Chalk, overseeing the operations, creative direction and business development of the studio across residential and commercial projects. With a degree in Architecture and over 10 years’ experience in the luxury design industry, he has built a reputation for delivering refined spaces shaped by craftsmanship, attention to detail and a deep understanding of how people live within them.

His work spans from prestigious institutions such as the Hurlingham Club through to private high-end residential homes across London and Home Counties.
